Inside and Out is a support group for Loved One(s) affected by Incarceration in our area. It is a joint venture by the United Presbyterian Church and JUST. Bi-weekly meetings take place at 5-7pm on the first Thurday of each month at the United Presbyterian Church, 42 Chenango Street, Binghamton (Upper Lounge). For more information call 607 348 3868. Services are available to all persons regardless of race, gender, age, disability, religion or criminal justice status.
